Position Summary / Qualifications:
This position requires the nurse to work in any nursing position including Charge Nurse. The days and position may vary depending on the week. You must be a team player with the ability to manage staff and work with all departments in a professional and courteous manor. You will be required to cover the Floor, Emergency Room, Chemotherapy and Outpatients. Patients triage and the ability to multi-task is a must. During your shift you will need to take direction from the Charge Nurse on duty while working in all positions other than Charge Nurse. As the Charge Nurse you will take direction from the Clinical Nurse Managers. You will need to be able to change direction to fill in where needed at any given time. You must be a Registered Nurse with a current WA state license. One year minimum RN experience required, ACLS and CPR, PALS and TEAM or TNCC within in six months of hire. Previous Charge Nurse, Med/Surg, Chemo, ER and Triage experience preferred. Able to work well independently as well as a team. Good professional communication skills both written and verbal a must.

Position Summary / Qualifications:
The Clinic Manager provides effective leadership in the operation of the Naselle Clinic and Ocean Beach Medical Clinic. The primary duties are to insure that the clinics operate effectively and efficiently. This includes assisting the practitioners in providing timely quality health care services, accurate patient billing, and timely collections. Must have experience working in a clinic that is hospital based using Meditech and LSS. The ability to work in a team environment, have good communication skills, and manage time and multiple projects with a business approach required.
